I have been observing that for some bankruptcy cases, there's been very questionable 🤔 dealings involving sweetheart deals with close friends and relatives as far as who is a major supplier, manufacturer, or loan partner. So when a business goes bad and bankruptcy filing results, some of the cronies end up getting 🤔 🙄 😒 paid FIRST.
Crooked business people can also set up multiple shell businesses that borrow from each other. Then when one of the businesses goes South, the Crooked business person can seek HIS OWN other business 🙄 to get paid first in bankruptcy court. OVER outside innocent suppliers who are just seeking to be paid What's Owed To Them.
